3. Registration & Payments

All registrations are confirmed only after successful payment
Payments once made are non-transferable unless stated otherwise
Any applicable offers, coupons, or credits must be used within the validity period

We use secure payment gateways such as Razorpay for processing transactions.

4. Refund Policy

Registration fees and course fees are non-refundable
In exceptional cases (medical/emergency), requests may be reviewed at our discretion
No refunds for missed classes or sessions

5. Course Access & Usage

Course materials (videos, PDFs, kits, etc.) are for personal use only
Sharing, copying, reselling, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by VJ Arts, including:

Artwork
Course materials
Videos
Designs
Logos and branding

are the exclusive property of VJ Arts.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable laws including those governed by Copyright Office India.

7. Art Contest Rules

Each participant must submit original artwork
Plagiarism or copied work will lead to disqualification
Submission deadlines must be strictly followed
Judges' decisions are final and binding

8. Certificates & Rewards

Certificates will be issued only after successful participation/completion
Rewards, prizes, or offers are subject to terms announced for each event

9. Limitation of Liability

VJ Arts is not responsible for:

Technical issues during online sessions
Delays due to external factors
Loss or damage of materials once delivered

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Misuse the platform
Share inappropriate content
Disrupt classes or events

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

11. Privacy

12. Modifications
