3. Registration & Payments

  • All registrations are confirmed only after successful payment

  • Payments once made are non-transferable unless stated otherwise

  • Any applicable offers, coupons, or credits must be used within the validity period

We use secure payment gateways such as Razorpay for processing transactions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Registration fees and course fees are non-refundable

  • In exceptional cases (medical/emergency), requests may be reviewed at our discretion

  • No refunds for missed classes or sessions

5. Course Access & Usage

  • Course materials (videos, PDFs, kits, etc.) are for personal use only

  • Sharing, copying, reselling, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by VJ Arts, including:

  • Artwork

  • Course materials

  • Videos

  • Designs

  • Logos and branding

are the exclusive property of VJ Arts.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable laws including those governed by Copyright Office India.

7. Art Contest Rules

  • Each participant must submit original artwork

  • Plagiarism or copied work will lead to disqualification

  • Submission deadlines must be strictly followed

  • Judges' decisions are final and binding

8. Certificates & Rewards

  • Certificates will be issued only after successful participation/completion

  • Rewards, prizes, or offers are subject to terms announced for each event

9. Limitation of Liability

VJ Arts is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues during online sessions

  • Delays due to external factors

  • Loss or damage of materials once delivered

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Share inappropriate content

  • Disrupt classes or events

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

STUDENT AGREEMENT - VJ ARTS

This Student Agreement is made between VJ Arts (“Institute”) and the student/parent/guardian (“Participant”).

By enrolling in any course, workshop, contest, or program offered by VJ Arts, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment Confirmation

  • Admission is confirmed only after successful payment

  • Seat allocation is based on availability and batch selection

  • VJ Arts reserves the right to assign or change batches if required

2. Fees & Refund Policy

  • All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • No refund will be provided for:

    • Missed classes

    • Change of mind

    • Partial attendance

  • In exceptional cases (medical/emergency), requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of VJ Arts

3. Attendance & Responsibility

  • Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions

  • Missed sessions will not be compensated or rescheduled

  • VJ Arts is not responsible for incomplete learning due to irregular attendance

4. Learning Outcome Disclaimer

  • Improvement in skills depends on:

    • Practice

    • Interest

    • Consistency

  • VJ Arts does not guarantee specific results or outcomes

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Maintain discipline during sessions

  • Respect instructors and other students

  • Avoid disruptive behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund

6. Content Usage & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, and content are the property of VJ Arts

  • Recording, copying, sharing, or distributing content is strictly prohibited

  • Any violation may lead to legal action

7. Art Kits & Materials

  • Art kits once provided are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Damaged items (if any) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Replacement is subject to verification

8. Art Contest Rules (if applicable)

  • All submitted artwork must be original

  • Plagiarism or copied work will result in disqualification

  • Submission deadlines must be strictly followed

  • Judges’ decisions are final

9. Online Class Requirements (if applicable)

  • Stable internet connection is required

10. Media Consent

  • VJ Arts may use photos/videos of student work or sessions for:

11. Communication

  • Official communication will be via WhatsApp, email, or phone

  • Participants are responsible for checking updates regularly

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Personal injuries during offline sessions

  • Technical issues during online sessions

4. Art Contests

5. Art Kits & Physical Products

  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it is non-refundable

  • Replacement will be considered only if:

    • The product is damaged during delivery

    • Incorrect items are received

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos)

6. Payment Errors

  • In case of duplicate or failed transactions, please contact us immediately

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after verification

7. Exceptional Circumstances
